Can I make a donation to the DE PTA, and will I receive a donation receipt?
Yes, each donation inquiry can be emailed to joindepta@gmail.com and you will receive a donation receipt via email after submitting donation.
Can I attend a monthly PTA meeting, and is there a virtual option?
Yes, all Double Eagle Elementary School PTA meetings are open to the community, and virtual Zoom meeting links are available too. Monthly meetings typically last 60 minutes, and take place in the school library.
How can I make an impact volunteering my time?
Joining the Double Eagle PTA is easy, because we value your expertise and time for any activity you wish to support. Our Event Chairperson has a list of upcoming events, staffing needs, and relevant event logistics. Additionally, there are always special projects and ideas that our PTA fulfills to make school a little better.
How can I signup my child for an After School club?
After School club information is communicated via Principal’s weekly Smore’s newsletter at the beginning of each semester. Signup info will also be updated on our website, and provides a lottery system in case signup numbers exceed classroom availability.
